About the Event

YOGALA Sessions are back at the gallery! Liz is away onher Yoga retreat this weekend so instead we have Cec providing us with a Qi Gong session instead. Qi Gong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.

Physically, slow gentle qigong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids (blood, synovial, lymph). Thousands of studies have shown qigong effective in helping to heal life challenges ranging from high blood pressure and chronic illness to emotional frustration, mental stress, and spiritual crisis. Please note spaces are limited to 10 people per session at a cost of $10 per person. BYO yoga mat.

*Coronavirus (COVID-19): Please be advised that our gallery space is kept to the highest WHS standards, and the personal health of our guests at this time is our highest priority. If you feel unwell, have travelled inter-state within the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone testing positive to COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend our YOGALA sessions for 2 weeks. If you have purchased a session ticket and subsequently fall into any of the above critera, please let us know via email and we can arrange to hold your ticket for a session in the future.
